Me: Let me start off with my situation, I was married for 16 years and last May we separated. I have two beautiful and amazing kids in high school that are the loves of my life. They still live with their mom, and I get to be with them every other week. My “Was” and I are still friends and co-parenting.

I’ve done a fair bit of traveling and even owned a cottage in the English countryside. My favorite city, hands-down has to be Venice. Road-trips with the trailer and weekend getaways are more my speed for now. My getaways have been spending time at my property in the mountains near Yosemite. Up there I get to play with my toys and shoot guns for fun. No, I’m not a Trumper. I would say I’m fiscally conservative and socially moderate. I have a trans kid and I’m an advocate for everyone’s right to self-determination. I get this probably isn’t the place for this, but the Constitution is a big topic of conversation these days, there are however, two documents that are fundamental to the US. The Declaration of Independence is seldom referenced, but I believe it is the “what” that the Constitution is to protect. “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” And that’s all I’m going to say about that here.

I’m currently living in San Bruno, but spend most of my time in the East Bay (Oakland and Castro Valley) because that’s where my work is and of course my kids.

Overall, I think and I've been told I’m a pretty great guy. I’m funny, playful, and love to flirt and banter. I’m caring and attentive. I’m a pretty good cook. Think Thanksgiving dinner from scratch, yup even the cranberry sauce. I love working with my hands and yes I have a tool belt ;) . Physical touch is very important to me. I like holding hands, hugging, snuggling, kissing and nibbling, etc… I’m rather even keeled and don’t stress about many things. I’m creative and a problem solver. I’m quite pragmatic and a ponderer. I’m comfortable in jeans and cowboy boots driving my little tractor or mini excavator, wearing a suit in the boardroom, or being present coaching someone through a difficult time. I’ve been participating in transformational personal development work for over 20 years. I truly believe and live my life from the notion that – our experience of life in the present moment, has very little to do with our past, but mostly, if not fully, it has to do with the future we see ourselves living into. Ponder that for a bit. I can talk for a while on this if you’re interested in finding out what I mean. I’m a second-degree Reiki practitioner and last October I did a weekend retreat learning about Native American shamanism. I’m eclectic, what can I say.

You: You don’t have to be a super model, just cute to me. You’re young at heart and have a good head on your shoulders. You’re kind, generous, passionate, and compassionate. Able to give and take playful teasing. Oh, and you must be able to laugh at yourself. We’re all human and us humans do some hilarious shi…stuff. It would also be great if we shared some interest.
